Troubleshooting
Check Chunkr service status
Check current service notices and partner reports when messages, sign-in, photos, or other features are slow.
Last reviewed
Open Chunkr service status to see current notices, partner reports, and recent incidents. You do not need to sign in.
Where to find it
- In the website footer, choose Service status.
- On iPhone or Android, open your personal menu, choose Help & safety, then Service status, where that option is available. If you do not see it yet, open status.chunkr.app in your browser.
- When a service banner appears, choose View service status.
The page is hosted separately from Chunkr’s main website and Supabase, so it can remain available during problems with those services. It still needs an internet connection and depends on its own hosting provider.
What the labels mean
- Provider reports an issue / Possible impact: a partner has reported a problem. Its incident page explains the scope. It does not mean every Chunkr feature, region, or device is affected.
- Chunkr incident reported: Chunkr has published a notice about a problem it is investigating or monitoring. Read that notice for the affected features.
- No provider issue reported: a recent check found no relevant issue in the monitored partner reports. This does not guarantee that every action in the app will work.
- Status unknown: a check failed, the provider returned incomplete information, or the last successful check is more than 15 minutes old.
- Partial coverage / Check provider directly: automated information is not available for every dependency. Follow the official provider link for more detail.
Checks run every five minutes. Choose Refresh status to load the latest collected results. Each partner shows its last successful check. The recent history is a limited record of collected incidents, not a complete uptime record.
About service banners
Service notices can appear on the app’s Home screen and public website pages. One Degraded performance banner covers ongoing service issues and links to the status page for individual details. Dismissing it covers the current disruption, including additional partner issues and incident updates. After checks confirm recovery, a later disruption can show a new banner. Apps need a version that includes the independent feed; older versions may show only the earlier announcement system.
If status checks themselves are unavailable, a notice can explain that the latest status is unknown. A missing banner does not prove that services are working. You can always open the status page directly.
If your problem is not listed
Check your connection, then follow app troubleshooting. Avoid repeatedly sending the same message or making the same purchase while its result is unclear.
If the problem continues, contact support with your device, app version, symptoms, and approximate time, including your timezone. Do not include passwords, reset links, payment details, or private message contents.
