Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to all users of the Chunkr application and related services. This Policy defines behavioural and content standards. Enforcement may include content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspensions, and permanent account bans.

  1. Eligibility and Identity Requirements
  • You must be 18 or older.
  • No misrepresentation of age, identity, or intent.
  • No creating accounts for others.
  • No impersonation of any person or entity.

  1. Profile and Media Standards

Public-facing areas (standard profiles, profile grids):

  • No explicit pornography.
  • No sexual activity depicted.
  • No genitals, penetrative acts, masturbation, or sexualized nudity.
  • No fetish content that would reasonably be interpreted as explicit.
  • No minors in any images, even incidentally.
  • No non-consensual imagery or hidden-camera content.
  • No violent, exploitative, or degrading imagery.
  • No hateful symbols or threatening weapon displays.
  • Uploaded photos must be of yourself or content you have the right to use.

Private contexts (private photo albums, private chats, Right Now map):

  • Explicit adult content is permitted.
  • All depicted individuals must be adults and must have consented.
  • No illegal content, exploitation, or non-consensual imagery.
  • Content remains subject to automated scanning and human moderation for safety, legality, and compliance.

Moderation posture:

  • Explicit content posted in public-facing areas will be removed.
  • Repeated attempts to post explicit content publicly may result in account suspension or removal.

  1. Communications and Behaviour

Prohibited:

  • Harassment, intimidation, threats, bullying.
  • Hate speech or targeting based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or HIV status.
  • Doxxing, blackmail, extortion, coercion, or manipulation.
  • Grooming behaviours or attempts to solicit minors.
  • Pressuring users for intimate content.
  • Non-consensual sharing of screenshots, chat logs, or user images.
  • Spam, fraud, phishing, or deceptive schemes.
  • Attempting to obtain or compile personal data outside intended features.

  1. Location Expectations
  • You may not attempt to infer, reverse-engineer, or calculate another user’s exact GPS coordinates.
  • You may not track another user beyond the approximate distance and map radius presented.
  • No stalking, monitoring, or offline pursuit of users.

  1. Commercial and Prohibited Transactions
  • No escorting, solicitation, or commercial sex work.
  • No sale of goods or services unless explicitly supported by Chunkr in the future.
  • No scams, financial schemes, or requests for money.

  1. Safety and Legal Compliance
  • No illegal content or activity.
  • No drug sales or distribution.
  • No weapons sales.
  • No uploading or distributing malware or harmful code.
  • No promoting or participating in criminal acts.

  1. Technical Misuse
  • No scraping, crawling, data mining, or reverse engineering of the Service.
  • No automation, bots, or unauthorized API access.
  • No creation of multiple accounts to evade enforcement or manipulate visibility.
  • No bypassing blocks, bans, or safety controls.
  • No interfering with Chunkr servers, security mechanisms, or infrastructure.

  1. Reporting and Cooperation
  • Use in-app reporting tools to flag harmful, illegal, or abusive behaviour.
  • Do not misuse reporting tools to harass others.
  • Users under investigation may have restricted features while moderators review reports.

  1. Enforcement Framework

Chunkr may, at its discretion:

  • remove content;
  • issue warnings;
  • restrict visibility or messaging features;
  • apply temporary suspensions;
  • permanently ban accounts;
  • refer matters to law enforcement where legally required.

Enforcement decisions are final. We are not obligated to disclose internal reasoning, moderation methodologies, or evidence sources.

  1. Account Removal

Accounts may be removed for:

  • violations of this Policy;
  • safety risks to users;
  • repeated lower-level violations;
  • confirmed or suspected underage use;
  • extended inactivity as defined by Chunkr.

Chunkr may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
