Email and notification preferences
Control optional messages separately from essential notices and paid subscriptions.
Last reviewed
You can choose which optional messages you receive. Turning off emails or push notifications does not cancel Ad-Free billing or remove in-app activity.
In the app
Open Settings, then the notification preferences screen. Supported app versions offer Allow push notifications, Allow optional emails, and individual activity or marketing choices.
These saved preferences are separate from your phone’s notification permission. For push delivery, both your app preference and device permission need to allow notifications.
If the screen cannot load, do not assume your changes were saved. Check your connection and try again. Labels and available choices can vary with your app version.
From an email
Use the preference or unsubscribe link in an optional email to manage the choices it offers. The link may be specific to you; do not forward it or post it publicly.
An email unsubscribe controls email delivery. It does not cancel a paid subscription. Manage store renewal separately.
Essential notices
Account, security, billing, and other essential service notices are separate from optional marketing and activity messages. Turning off optional messages does not prevent all essential communications.
A preference being available does not mean a particular campaign is currently running. Delivery also depends on enabled services and your device or email provider.
Missing messages
Check spam folders, device permission, and your saved choices. Follow app troubleshooting for push registration problems. If a preference link fails, contact support without including the private link or token.
