Browse the home grid by Near or Random

Open the filters button on the Home grid. Under Order, choose Near or Random. The controls work the same way on iOS and Android.

• Near shows profiles with an available distance from nearest to farthest. Profiles without an available distance appear afterward. This is the default.
• Random mixes eligible profiles across locations, helping you discover people farther down the grid. Scroll to see more, or pull down to refresh for a new mix. A refresh may show some of the same people again.

Your other filters still apply. Both options respect blocks and profile privacy settings. Your own profile stays at the start of the grid. Random does not require location permission. Near works best when location is available; distance also depends on each person's location privacy settings.

Choose Near to return to distance ordering. The selection lasts while Home remains open in the app; it resets to Near when the screen is recreated.

If Order is missing, close and reopen Chunkr and check that you have the latest app version.

If profiles fail to load, check your connection and pull down to refresh. A failed refresh keeps the profiles already loaded. For ongoing issues, use the app troubleshooting guide.
