Safety & reporting

Block or report someone

Use the profile or chat actions to block a user or report harmful content.

Last reviewed

Use blocking to limit interaction and reporting to tell Chunkr about a problem. If you are in immediate danger, seek local emergency assistance; do not wait for an app report or a support reply.

Block a user

Open the person’s profile or the chat menu and choose the block action. Read and confirm the prompt. In chat, the confirmation is labeled Block User with a Block action.

Blocking and reporting are separate. Blocking someone does not automatically explain the problem to moderation. Do not assume it removes copies of messages, photos, or information already saved by the other person.

Report a user or content

  1. Open the relevant profile or chat actions and choose Report.
  2. Select the reason that best describes what happened.
  3. Include concise relevant context and submit the report.

For content-specific issues, use the report option attached to the content where available. Avoid sending unnecessary intimate information. Do not post evidence publicly or contact the person to provoke further behavior.

After reporting

A report allows review under the Community Guidelines and Safety Policy. This does not promise an immediate response, constant monitoring, or a particular outcome. Some decision details cannot be shared.

If you cannot reach the report control, contact support and describe where the issue occurred. Never share your password or account-access links. For concerns about your own account decision, use restrictions and appeals.
