Cancel an Ad-Free subscription

Cancel through the store where you subscribed. Deleting Chunkr or deleting your Chunkr account does not cancel store billing.

On iPhone

1. Open your iPhone’s Settings and select your name.
2. Open Subscriptions.
3. Select the Chunkr subscription and choose Cancel Subscription.
4. Check the cancellation or expiration information shown by Apple.

If Apple shows an expiration message and no cancellation button, renewal may already be canceled. Use Apple’s current cancellation instructions if the layout differs or you need to cancel from another device.

On Android

1. Open Google Play using the account that made the purchase.
2. Open Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Chunkr and choose Cancel subscription.
4. Complete the confirmation steps and check the subscription’s status.

What happens next

Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues through the period already paid for. Check the store’s displayed end date and terms for your purchase. A refund or other billing change can affect access.

If the subscription is missing, check the account named on the receipt. Your Chunkr login does not identify which store account was charged. Cancellation and refund requests are separate actions.
