Make a data request
Describe whether you want access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right, and identify the category of information involved. Use your account email where possible and explain your sign-in method if you use Apple or Google.
Your rights and any exceptions depend on the applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Verification may be required to protect your account. Do not send a password, reset link, full card number, or unnecessary intimate information.
There is no promise of a self-service export button or a particular response deadline in this guide.
Optional app analytics
Open Settings and look for Share Usage Analytics. Turn it off if you do not want optional usage analytics. If saving fails, reconnect and try again rather than assuming the change took effect.
This choice is separate from essential operational/security processing and from ad privacy choices. Turning it off is not a request to delete all previously collected account data.
Website analytics
On public marketing pages, use Analytics preferences to review the website’s optional analytics choice. Help search runs locally in your browser; your search words are not submitted as search analytics.
Photos, location, and deletion
You can manage photos and profile fields through profile editing. Location shared in a message has different privacy implications from discovery; see location privacy.
For account deletion, follow Delete your account. The Privacy Policy remains the authoritative explanation of retention and exceptions.
